I have heard from a fairly good source that some of the guy from Sheldon Clark are hard at it, even though school in not in session. I would think this speaks well for their desire to be a better football team in 2010. Oh, by the way, it is not only the weight room, I am told.

In all fairness, I imagine some of the other teams are hard at it, also. Well, 2010 will be here before we know it, and then we will have an opportunity to see the teams perform, how the off-season work prepared them for the real thing. I'm looking forward to 2010 football season.

As for this region you have to SC is the favorite, but PC and Belfry are not far behind, this could be a very interesting year especially in the district.
