russell returns alot and should be very good, everyone is working very hard...Adam Bates benching around 250 and power cleaning like 265!!! he is very good at squats too....Drew Abrams benching about 340 and powercleaning around 250...Will Rice is also up there benching about 240 and powercleaning about 240...Drew Miller is a BEAST...also Kamron smith..koty perkins has been working hard and making improvement also

Manual loses half of the starters but still strong and competitive

Highlands loses several starters, but the team's star RB (Josh Conner) is returning and star DB Austin Collinsworth are returning (he will just be a JR next year). Tony Guidugli, younger brother of Highlands and U. of Cincinnati QB Gino Guidugli, will likely be the starting QB in 2008. Several major contributors from 2007 will be back!

LCC has all their d returning except for Brock, I think o-line will be fine with returning lineman Knight. Frazier is returning at linebacker and will be carrying some weight on offense this season.

LCC has mostly all of the D returning, will have to replace some on O, but i think it looks good.
