It is easy to criticize decisions after the fact. Im sure teams in the past have traveled further and beaten better.

Look, itâs no skin off my nose either way. If you say Paintsville cares about their kids, Iâll take your word for it and I apologize for being harsh. You know more about it than I do. All Iâm saying is getting to go to state is special and could only happen once in a lifetime for anyone. It should be treated as such. It had been 34 years since Paintsville had went to State. If money wasnât the issue, and itâs been said both on here and told to me privately that it wasnât. Then it was the wrong call, plain and simple. Just saying those kids deserved better and Iâm thankful my kids go to a school where that is understood.

And in my best Big Lebowski voice, thatâs like your opinion man.

You canât say it was the wrong call and therefore it is the gospel. It was a judgement call and it may or may not have factored into the outcome. You canât prove that it did but want to act like it.

This was our 1st trip since 1985 so obviously this staff cares and is doing a lot of things right. Plain and Simple.
