As stated above, Shelby Valley and/or Pike Central are not located within the city limits of Pikeville.

Pikeville Independent, I am pretty sure, but donât care enough to look it up, leases the Hambley Complex.
Also, IMO, Pikeville would thrive in a voucher school system as long as the voucher system superseded the residential agreement. The waiting list of students waiting to get into Pikeville via tuition currently would easily bump them to AA. Now imagine money is just given to families and follows the students to whichever school they want to attend and they could go to Pikeville without paying tuition. PISD would have to figure a way to build some new buildings.
