Coaching football at Highlands is more than just Xs and Os. You have to do your best to block out all of the parents, internet trolls and ex players (coaches) who seem to think they know everything about everything. You just have to just do your best to not even hear all of the negative chatter. It' almost like the job would be perfect for someone without ears.
