What Did Ya Get For Christmas?
#31
A new Bunn coffee pot and a huge New Orleans Saints blanket were the highlights. I also got random stuff for the kitchen since I am always cooking. Didn't get one thing for golf this year though.

Believe it or not I'm not a fan of those. I've used a Odyssey for so long I got used to the design. The Nike is the same weight as my old Odyssey.

I love my Cameron. I play a Newport Studio Stainless. I just can't seem to use my wifes Odyssey. I guess it could be that fact that it is the 3 ball SRT model. It looks like a dinner plate at address. Smile

That Cameron putter is superior technology. Unfortunately the arrow is only as good as the indian doing the shooting.:o

I shot a 97 at the Oaks in the mud on Saturday if that tells you how I have been playing.

If you play with me and Grubby you are stuck with the wives as well. Mine won't let me near a golf course unless she goes with me.

Did you play too many extra games back in the day or what? LOL:p

THe worst thing a woman can do to a man is take up golf.

No actually I just started back about three years ago and got her started so we could do something together. It has turned on me to the point that we have to go get a membership at the Oaks so she can play on her days off since they have sold and closed Sundowner. She plays on average 4 days a week during warm weather. Then we have a standing Sunday round with Grubby and his wife. I actually enjoy playing with her.

Lacoste Essential Cologne
Driven by Derek Jeter Cologne
Cougar Baseball Windbreaker Jacket
Call of Duty 5: World at War; hopefully I have this tomorrow as I didn't get it for Christmas but I have enough money for it.
Something funny happened over Christmas though. My aunt went shopping and her gift to me was supposed to be a Bengals toiletry bag, but she got a Chicago Bears. I now how she got confused I believe. Because the Bears' "C" logo looks exactly like the Cincinnati Reds' "C" logo. I mean who hasn't ever mistaked a piece of Bears' merchandise to be Bengals' or vice versa a time or two.

lol please tell me that aunt is who i think it was

I understand, I was J/J anyway.

But just for comic relief, legend has it that golf is called golf because it stands for Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden.:p
