LCA will come out with fire in their belly for this game. They will be out to prove a statement that the first game was a fluke and were caught by suprise. Hazard will have to go into this one with a level head. They cannot sit back and think just because we beat them one time we'll do it again. They need to be hungrier this time around than they were the first. LCA will bring their best and being at home will give them a little more of an advantage than they had last time. Hazard just needs to play their game and have no mental lapses. Best of luck to Hazard, bring it back to EKY.

I was responding to "A Decent Lineman" and his post that Teague and Howard need to lay a hit on Hayden. I was just stating that Hayden is a pretty tough kid, which Hazard should already know.

LCA will spread it out early with the pass, then widen the splits and try to gash Hazard with the run

i firmly agree that lca will come out passing too,then start using the run,, but hazard is going to come out as they always do, if they can get past the linebackers, then they are gone, cause that lca secondary is weak.lca will have to give lucas witt time to throw, but he can beat teams with his legs im sure cause i saw the kid run hes quick as lightning. hayden is tough physical runner and the hazard d-fence will have to set up again. but i beleive hazard has realized they have to come to play every game in order to win because they realized these teams arent going to quit.i look for the front 4 to play excellent and the linebackers as well. the secondary may slip up once, but i dont think it will hurt, but i say hazard 35 and LCA 21

I am getting ready to load the spouse and kiddies and head out to the High School for the
7 pm pep rally to show support for the Bulldogs.

Once again, I must encouraged all fans, either in Hazard or around the state, to make the trip to Lexington tomorrow night to watch the Bulldogs take the next step towards the "carpet." Our kids need the help of the fans to encourage them and make them even more determined to accomplish their goal...State Champion of Class A Football.

We are proud of you dogs, regardelss of the outcome, and hope we play a picture perfect game against LCA.

Well Bulldog fans, it's finally friday and only a few hours until the Bulldog Nation hits the road traveling to LCA to do battle with the eagles. Our team is prepared and determined and will put on their usual game face tonight to show the "flatlanders" what a fine bunch of mountain kids can do with a football. I wish the best of luck to the dogs. I hope the game is played well and called fairly and may the best team win.
