Yea I get what you are saying Breathitt and Leslie normally fields some good teams and I think Middleboro is on the right track but the lower tier teams don’t seem to but up much of a fight

Middlesboro is definitely on the right track especially with having Coach French. I just think that for this season District 8 is clearly better than district 7 along with a few others.

I feel like West Carter has improved as much as anyone over the past month. Since being healthy, they look like a complete different team. They are not only playing well, but they are confident. On the other hand, Beechwood is solid, but they are very vulnerable. If this game were being played at West Carter, I would be tempted to go with the Comets in the upset. To be honest, it wouldn't be a surprise to see West Carter pull out the win tonight. With that being said, I think Beechwood "guts" out a win and advances to the semi-state. Beechwood wins 35-30. Good luck to both teams.

Olive Hill is celebrating Today with Comet Football day and the team is getting a police escort out of town at 130 they will be pumped up tonight. The whole town is excited and I hope they can channel all that adrenaline into starting the game and playing a full 4 quarters. If they can they pull a massive upset tonight. Best of luck Comets.
