Oh I don't forget how they "gracefully" rushed to offer to play a series with us when Pitino arrived and we were on probation and everyone thought
we'd be down for years. Ir how they wanted to renew a series
with us after Tub had drugged the program down again. UNC'
STINKS on ice, and doesn't deserve to be privileged to play us.
And as Pitino pointed out, playing them serves no useful purpose
geographically for recruiting. We need more inter-regional
rivalries to make it easier to play games in more accessible
cities for recruits who come from all across the country.

I agree to an extent, but recruits have no problems getting to the games we want them at. UNC is a BIG rival, and they are good NOW, that's what matters. A top-5 game in December between two of the best programs on earth is good for college basketball as a whole.
