I got mine about a year ago ... under Fletcher ... probably the best thing he has done in office... lol

a guy at my work was pretty high up in the organization along time ago... and after i took him to one of my games last year he nominated me and also he was a former marine also ...

When I played for Paintsville and we won the State Championship our entire starting five were commissioned Kentucky Colonels. It was pretty cool!!!
