I find it interesting that the school system let go the unpaid assistants and on the same day, one of the paid assistants didn't bother showing up for the game.

This may have been a good thing for JC, even if some of the players don't think so right now.

They didn't need all these so called assistant coaches. If Coach M made that decision on his own it may very well be the biggest and best decision he has made since given the headcoach position.
I really feel it's about time someone done something to stop the way that some of players get treated, and I really hope that someone will teach the players to show respect to the coach.
Back when I was part of the team you didn't dare talk back to a coach at a game or practice.
