Trust me. I know how rare a 4.4 is.

I don't know Carton's official time, but I do know he is very fast and he was a big loss on defense as well as offense. I think both teams played well and both deserve respect.

Well as your name states we all know your alliance and who you stand with. That being said in no way shape or form is Southwestern the third best team in Pulaski. Somerset refuses to play big boy ball and will not play Southwestern or PC, and PC lost a lot of production on both sides of the ball. Its not everyday you have a state record passing QB and to assume so is just setting your bar too high.

Chad Merida ran a laser timed 4.4 when he was a senior at KC in 2012. Had to walk on at UK and then only after proving to the coaches he could run a 4.4 (actually ran a 4.32). Mel ran a 4.49 at camp. And he runs around and through people on Friday nights to prove it. Now he is dealing with injury and may miss alot - so prayers for his recovery.
When my oldest (Codi / 2012) was being recruited we visited Coastal Carolina. The RC coach took me to the side and said, "He is better than most of the kids we will sign this year. But he will not get an offer because he is not THAT much better. We have relationships with dozens of coaches who we rely on every year for recruits..." That was the day me eyes opened to the recruiting process. Being great is not enough unless you are wildly better than the average star.
