On any given night, ANYONE can beat another team, I'm not saying you all could not do it (beat Pikeville), I'm just saying it's not really very likely. I've been complimentary of Phelps, I still really was impressed with their heart and effort against a bigger, deeper, and more talented Pike Central team. But I do not believe, player for player, they can beat Pikeville, Harlan, or Raceland. Until they can do so on a consistent basis, no one will take Phelps seriously, which is really a shame. I'd love to see a higher level of football at every single school in this county. Right now, it is primarily 3 schools, and Shelby Valley has admittingly stepped up their game some this year. We'll see if they can continue to do that year after year though.

I appreciate you backing us it's just we don't have the depth like some and it is a pretty sad work ethic here at Phelps.

I think Brad will get these ER boys together, and they'll find it somewhere in them to at least win a game.

They lost alot to graduation..this is just how high school football goes. I just hope Brad gets to stay a while, so he can build the program from the middle school level up. Just like every other year in year out good high school football program.
