The Inez Indians for the first time in school history will be playing for the Big Sandy League Championship Saturday at Pikeville, following their victory over JCMS (16-0) tonight in Inez. No word as to who they wil be playing, but they will face the winner of Hazard & Breathitt Co. Congradulations go out to the players, coaching staff, and community of Inez. This is a season they can really be proud of.

A lot of the hype for this game was lost when Morgan County defeated Fleming this past week. For Russell it is as simple as this, win and they're district champs with an undefeated record and a 9-1 regular season record marching their way towards a state-semi rematch showdown with Belfry.

This game is HUGE for Lawrence County. Win and they're in the playoffs. Lose and they go home and won't make an appearance until next August. Greenup County has improved over the last several weeks, but Lawrence is playing for their playoff lives.
