To coach he must be 21 and have at east 64 college hours. Found out last night at the clinic wrestlers who have graduated aren't even supposed to be in the room wrestling due to insurance issues.
Todays day 1 any word?
Also, isn't Cavanagh Trent AD or assistant AD?

I don't know, probably will find out after school. 119 is still in cross country so I don't know what kind of information he will have for us.

Shawn Minster is the new head coach for lcc. im pretty sure he wrestled in high school up in Ohio. Cant wait to start practice next week.

and coach trent is the AD for another county. he moved last year.

Great to hear that they have someone. I am so happy for you and the team. When is he going to rules clinic? When you get a full schedule, let us know. I also need to ask are you going to be practicing any next week or will you wait till cross country is over with? GO COUGARS!
