I'm hoping the Panthers can extend their winning streak against their cross-county rival but they are gonna have to play better than they did last Friday night.  Not to take anything away from Raceland because they deserved to win and are no doubt right there with Pikeville as the co-favorites to win Class A but Pikeville has to get their offense going before November gets here.

IMO Anthony is obviously the best player on defense and possibly on offense as well, not having him available will undoubtedly hurt the Panthers but as long as he's healthy for the playoffs is all that matters when it's all said and done.

Belfry seems to be much improved and I just can't pick the Panthers to go into Pond Creek and win, I hope I'm wrong and this is the game things start to gel.

Pikeville has 2 decent kickers now but Rogers was outstanding and is missed a ton.

Stanley is doing his best I know, but at Belfry and now at Pikeville, his primary training has been DB/LB?  which he excelled in at BHS and continuing at PHS.

From my understanding he was to be out 2-4 weeks with his injury. IMO with the type of injury it was he would be out the 4 weeks unless COMPLETELY given a good bill of Health from his physician. Since Pikeville doesn't have another game for 20 Days after Belfry I would assume he won't play. Even after that he may not play against Dohn OH. I've heard they're not too good.

I think Belfry has an advantage on the LOS. Pikeville plays a lot of their line guys on both sides of the ball and playing in a game like this will take its toll on them 2nd half I feel. Belfry without their qb Pikeville without their best defensive guy. I look for Dre Young to have a good game and Belfry wins this one 28-14.

Well the 2 receivers that was 3 or 4 yards behind the defense and the quarterback missed them now if you didn’t see it u you were watching a different game now if that would have been Raceland receivers I would say the same thing so what I am saying Raceland won the game but on Pikeville mistakes but it was a dandy game

That’s football. This isn’t the nfl. If you expect a high school kid to hit every open receiver then you are expecting a tone. That’s like saying Raceland had three kids open but we never threw the ball but if we would’ve it would’ve been 28-6 haha. I’ll have to agree to disagree with you on this one PAT.

Good, I’m glad you know so there’s no excuse when it’s 5 in a row for the southwesterly side of the mountains in PiCo. I’m honestly joking because I’ve not heard anything about Anthony, my speculation was about more names involved in the Belfry debacle that is currently transpiring. Im
starting to wonder if that’s why all the girls bball players have left Belfry when everyone thought it was the high school coach, it may have been to avoid predators in the school system. It’s kinda surprising when you hear how far up the chain these allegations go.
