He was a good coach, but he didn't make Tim Couch play like an NFL quarterback or score 35 points a game in basketball. He was just a special athlete to begin with.

Tim was one of those generational talents we sometimes speak about.  He took it to another level. He would have been special  no matter who the coach but, boy, did Whitaker and Mumme ever suit him.

That's for sure, and I loved their play calling. I remember my Colonels putting some hard hits on Tim Couch and it was like it only made him mad and caused him to play better. He's the best  high school QB I've ever watched play.
Agree. And I don't even think it's close.

The Redhounds got their 756th win all-time last night. Against their next opponent, Pulaski County, they are 6-2 all-time, including a 24-21 win at home last season. Corbin has averaged about 33 points per game all-time vs Pulaski and given up about 20 per game.

There should be an award for you being the only living fan to witness all 756 wins

A rather philosophical question for Redhound fans...  How can one get straight A's on his report card as a 63 y.o. man when he was a C student, at best, as a pimply-faced high school and college kid? Can anyone answer that riddle?

LOL... If John Daly is your hero,  butts, beers, and brauds are your favorite vices.  But, you are not far from correct. I've probably seen a few hundred of those games. lol
