Can anyone explain what David Buchanan has accomplished in the past 5 years that has made him such a big name for every job in the state that comes open? Not asking out of sarcasm, asking out of lack of knowledge.

My opinion only, I guess he has been a "pillar of the community", very knowledgeable of an offensive system new and old and I believe they way he connect with players. Those are my take away.
