Probably because only certain kids can get Eligible.  Several kids are trapped into having to stay where they are.  Some people can’t just up and move.  There’s plenty schools within driving distance.  Think a kid should be able to transfer at least once and not have to move.

I totally agree with this! Maybe make it like college? You can get eligible if you transfer schools outside of own district

I think kids recruit winning programs more than schools do recruiting they want a fair shake and win.Ifbthey want to show boat they like politic schools you can't play politics and win both
