13th Region review/preview

The Lady Dragons should certainly be in the hunt next season

Harlan will definitely be in the hunt next season. They return most of their team from this past year and hear they may add a few players from HC. They honestly may be the best team in the region.

They will probably have the best collection of talent, the only thing that might hold them back a little would simply be maturity. They have got a fella in charge there by the name of Derek Akal that will guide them along very well also! This will be a very exciting team to watch for sure!

Which players are leaving... or is this just a guess?

I think that HC will have their problem ironed out and the players will be staying put....at least that is what the grapevine is reporting.

Harlan Independent and Bell Co. are the two top teams for next season in my opinion.

Looks like everyone in the region better lookout for HC now with Blair Green headed your way. The next four years is going to be an exciting time for HC girls basketball.

Clay Co has the most potential to win the 13th Region this year.....and is who I am picking to do it. Woods is the best post player and Cotton is probably the best pure point guard. Don't forget about Mathis either....The one-two punch along with.....string music from 3-land!!! But, hey......this is girls basketball and anything can happen!!! Looking forward to watching another exciting year!:Cheerlead:happybliss:

Is the middlesboro job still open? If so, are there any front runners?
