North Laurel @ Whitley County 11/2

RunItUpTheGut Wrote:Confusednicker:

Correct! North hasnt won one single title. Not even a playoff game! So dont ask me about our district and region titles when ours outnumbers your entire county.
I think South only has one, back when Neil Warren was at South, 99 maybe? Even then, that's only one.

I LOVE beating Laurel County.:redboxer:

WC will dominate anyways.
If theres one thing we dont let up on its Laurel County teams...

I now know why RIUTG hates Laurel County Teams, LOL.:biglmao:

I said North and South Laurel.
I knew you would eventually bring up Laurel County.
How about we look at the teams that actually exist 3wishes.....

18-7 lead for Whitley.

COMPLETE DOMINATION!

Bout to be 19-7. Dont worry, we'll prolly only win by a few dozen.

BTW, congrats on spending about 3 hours typing useless info.

Been 6 years Confusednicker:

Hazel Green :hilarious: Did you really resort to putting Hazel Green scores down?

And after all this time, i still didnt get a direct answer.

How many district titles and region titles does North have?

Cmon 3wishes, your the expert of laying down history on here....
#66
I think the Whitley running game will be too much. Whitley Co. 34-12.
#67
^
You are correct.
#68
Confusednicker:

You can always expect Laurel Countians to be the worst at anything football related.

Man, did you really put up scores of schools that no longer exist?

RIUTG is right on this one, when it comes to North/South Vs. Whitley, Whitley has dominated them.

Quit trying to make him look wrong, when you know he's right.

However, all i want to know is if Nelson is playing?

If not, it will be a huge blowout, and possibly if he does.
#69
'Whitley County football, IMO, did not exist before 1989." RIUTG I thought Whitley started football in the 60's, just because you were not born yet does not mean it did not exist. Whitley Co will roll on past NL to the next round.

Oh, i was born, but until Campbell took over, Whitley barely had any winning seasons.
Before 89, we hardly had any winning seasons.

Newsflash, Whitley County existed long before 1989.

Secondly, you stated and I quote all of Laurel County, therefore, I included all of Laurel County just to make you clear.

Thirdly, if you consider that useless knowledge it just goes to show your lack of maturity. I guess you'd rather the board be filled with a bunch of trash talk constantly and NO SUBSTANCE.

All I stated was FACTS, I didn't try to SKEW the records by excluding certain years or teams like you have done.

And lastly, I enjoy numbers and stats and have had those records for year, it took about 5 minutes to copy and paste that, but I appreciate knowing that you want to be a complete jerk and not have a civil conversation. I suppose your just too young to appreciate a civilized and factual conversation.

I'm not trying to sway your opinion about Laurel County, rather pointing out that your constantly NOT TELLING THE TRUTH about the history of the series between Whitley County and ALL OF LAUREL COUNTY as you put it.

1994 was North Laurel's District Championship year.

Take away the Green Bay Packers first 2 super bowl titles, it was too long ago and Green Bay wasnt Green Bay till Brett Favre

I think if anyone would research Whitley had a few good teams before89. I believe in 76 actually won a district championship and hosted Erlanger Lloyd. Lost that game but Lloyd won state undefeaded and may have had the best team in state that year.

Whitley County Highschool was built in 1963.

All kinds of rumors in the rumor mill this past week as expected! Hope that NL can make a good showing, they are building a good program there, they have some good kids coming on, they are a young team and will only get better as it goes along. They have been exciting to watch this season & I wish them and their coaching staff the best of luck!

Good research.

He said "Laurel County teams" and you gave him "Laurel County teams."

RunItUpTheGut breaks out all the laughing guys when he starts losing.

The problem you have is trying to have an intelligent conversation/debate with someone who can't remember past 1989.

I am glad RIUTG aint a bell co. fan hate to see the stuff that he would put on here if he was for a good football team my goodness.whitley really what have they done...i will tell u nothing.

1994 was North Laurel's District Championship year.

Finally after all this time of trying to beat around the bush, you finally answer my question. ONE

Next time we plahy Hazel Green ill let you know.

We had TWO district championships prior to 89.

Ill be honest, 76 is to far for my memory, but in 82 I believe we won district and went something like 9-1 in the regular season, with our only loss coming to Corbin.
And if im exactly right, that was the last year we played Corbin.

Shouldn't a moderator be able spell correctly?

Why doesn't Whitley play Knox?

West 80 Wrote:Shouldn't a moderator be able spell correctly?

Shouldnt the two biggest schools in the mountains be able to win more than 5 games combined on a yearly basis?
#87
West 80 Wrote:Why doesn't Whitley play Knox?

We tried.
Dont act like we dont play good teams.

After this year, Lynn Camp is gone finally.

Maybe Knox will fill that void.

The four teams we lost to would beat most schools.

All jokes aside for ragging on the North fans, North has had a decent year.
IMO though, they should have beat Pulaski, as well as MS.
I watched us dismantle Pulaski, and watched North play Pineville. I just wasn't impressed. Maybe theyve improved since then?

Once again i will be shocked if North keeps it close, especially at Whitley.
