For some reason or another, Shelby Valley always plays right there with Prestonsburg for at least 3.5 quarters and then Prestonsburg makes a few plays to put the game away. However, this is one of Valley's weaker teams of the past 5 or 6 seasons yet they're very scrappy and IMO they're playing some good football.
Prestonsburg will more than likely come into this game having one of their longer weeks of practice this season after the dissapointing effort against Hazard.
I expect a good solid performance from the Blackcats, but if it's much like the last 3 games then Valley has a shot to win at Blackcat Stadium.
