At Leslie Co., Coach Melton makes the practices like college practices and they coach it like that as well.. None of the defensive coaches are involved with the offense and vice versa...

Offensive Coordinator/Wide Receivers
Quarterback Coach/JV Offensive Coordinator
Running Back Coach
Offensive Line

Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator
Defensive Line
Secondary/ JV Defensive Coordinator
Linebackers

They stay on opposite ends of the field and just do offense/defense.. Younger guys and JV on one end and Varsity on the other. Then they switch after a certain amount of time..
