Depends on your definition of SUCCESS??? Coach Mills and company have done a amazing job with what talent thats been at Bell last 3 years. Now, when he is about to reap the fruits of his labor the (Bell County Political Ring lead by FAT GUT HERSELF) admin. are gonna run a good man outta town that the kids LOVE just to get calm waters and re-elected in a year or so.
Coaching high school football has become a joke for those who live,eat and breath molding kids and changing lives. "HEAD COACHES" have become nothing more than pawns or collateral damage.

2014 9-3
2013 7-5 District Champs lost Regional Title 11-14 at Central
2012 10-3 District Champs lost Regioanl title game 10-14 to Central
2011 11-2 District Champs lost Regioanl title game 0-26 to Central

So other than 2013 where Coach Mills had tons of Injuries to deal (but still brought the team on late in the season to almost beat Central for region) with he's basically a 10 game winner has 3 District title in 4 year and if not for Central could have maybe at least one state title (again maybe)
