Everyone is hung up on not wanting winless teams making the playoffs, so?

Horrible teams get blown out in basketball district tourneys every year and there is no outcry. In fact in some 3 teams districts a horrible team can draw a BYE in the first round get blown out in district finals and THEN proceed on to the Regional tourney to get blown out again. Where is that outcry?

the difference is in basketball, everybody goes to districts. the districts that use draws get a good amount of criticsm, which is deserved. but in football, there are 0-10 teams in the playoffs, but teams that are 5-5, 4-6, or 3-7 that wont make the playoffs because theyll finish 5th in their district.
