I don't think it's been covered yet, but the reason it would be difficult to do this is the coaches and players box is on the 25. Once a player realized he was going to score he would have a lot of ground to gain on the runner, unless said runner was on the sideline. That and of course it goes against why we play the game. Let the players make the plays and take your losses like a man. (But this has crossed my mind several times standing on the sideline...)
