Boyd Co. Basketball 2010-2011

Does Boyd get any better this year with Coach Anderson taking over? Heard there were a few not playing this year. Does anyone know who is coming back and who is coming up that will help out the team?

They will be much improved. Look for a pretty solid season. They have plenty of kids who have bought in and want to be there. I think really the only place that they lost a few was in the Freshman class, however the main core of freshman are still intact (Grayson Griffith, David Pennington, Jordan Smith, Jonah Black). Things are really exciting around the program, Coach Anderson has brought some needed change to the county. Hopfully in a few years they will be hanging banners again.

Any team Randy Anderson is a part of will be better for it. He's an outstanding coach, but thats only the beginning of what he'll do for those young men. He's an amazing leader and a role model as well.
