New Richmond is in Ohio. Close game till the 3rd quarter when SK pulled away. Nice crowd for first home game in the renovated stadium. Chad Lawernce played very well for being sick most of the week and throwing up in the pre game.

Simon Kenton took an 8-0 lead into halftime. A 29-yard field goal by Cody Herald in the third quarter made the score 11-0, but New Richmond countered with its only touchdown on a four-yard run by Nick Hill.



Simon Kenton’s defense created five turnovers in the game.

Senior quarterback Chad Lawrence’s 49-yard touchdown pass to Matt Reilly that broke the game open. Lawrence led the offense on 15-of-25 passing for 172 yards and three touchdowns, while Ryan Winkler had six receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown
