Mason County vs. North Hardin (1st Rd. Sweet 16)

March 18 - 6:30 PM

Predictions/Thoughts?

As a Mason County fan I can talk about the Royals, but I know nothing about North Hardin. Doing a little bit of reading before their regional title game, I know they have size at all positions and senior leadership.

Looking at their games this year, they were held to less than 50 points twice and lost both games.

So just based on that, I would think they like to run and push the ball up the court, Mason County is by no means an offensive powerhouse. So tempo, control, defense, all the things it took to beat Clark County will have to be done to beat what sounds like a solid North Hardin team.

I don't know how much experience will matter, North hasn't won a Regional in 7 years, so none of the kids on the team have played at this stage and of course the Royals have plenty of experience in that department.

Looks like a toss up.

What great athletes will be in this game.

Mason County is so good in the post-season. I believe they will march on.
