Lee County @ Buckhorn 12/1

I think this will be a pretty good to start the season. This will be Buckhorn's 2nd game as they open up with South Laruel the night before. That could play a role in this game. I like how Buckhorn looks coming into the season. I'll take Buckhorn by 7.

ive heard Buckhorn looks good, but them playing at south laurel the night before could really wear them down, but i believe buckhorn will win

I know Lee Co is down this year but i think they going to be better than what alot of people are thinking. Considering the fact that Buckhorn has to play South Laurel the night before i think Lee Co wins this game in a close one. I'm going with Lee Co by 3 points.

IMO. Lee Co is a very talented team, but Buckhorn is always one of the hardest playing teams around, the fact that Buckhorn plays South Laurel the night before might effect the game but not much. Lee Co. will have to come together and the young talent will have to shine. IMO. Lee Co. can beat Buckhorn but it will not be easy for either teams.

I haven't seen any of Lee Co's young talent play since last year, but if the young promising players that got some playing time last have improved as much as i know they can people could be in for a big surprise when they play Lee Co. But, i didn't get a chance to go to Blue/White night so i don't know how our young guys are doing so far.

Agreed. By at least 15 to 20.
Buckhorn is pretty good this year, probably 4th in the region behind Perry, Knott, and Hazard.

Just heard that the Buckhorn - SL game has been changed to Wednesday, Dec. 2 instead of that Monday. Second change of date on the game. Hope it stays that way. Not alot going on on Wednesdays usually.

The game against SL will only make a small difference in the game so if it is canceled then that will help buckhorn of course but it willl not determine the win. I think Lee Co. is better than expected with the small young talent. although Buckhorn always plays hard and they have a good coach.

I've had a chance to watch Buckhorn twice and Matt Day is legit.

Oh yeah, i watched him play twice last year because Lee Co played Buckhorn twice and yes he is a great player who can hit the three or drive the basket and score as well. Very dangerous!

IMO i think Lee Co. Matches up pretty well with Buckhorn, the Day kid is good and big but so is the Pittman boy from Lee Co. so i think this will be a close one. LEE by 2.

I have said this in other threads and im going to say it again i think..wait i know that Donte Pittman is going to surprise and impress alot of people this year! So i say good luck to Buckhorn if they try to score down low!

I'm sure he will block some shots but he can't block all of them. Usually after a blocked shot or two, a couple of head fakes results in fouls, and Pittman only gets five of them.

Day is the talk for Buckhorn, but he isn't all they have. Colwell and Stidham are very capable of puttiing up good numbers. If Lee tries to shut down Day only, it will be a long night. Buckhorn is a team that will surprise many people with how balanced they really are.

This is a game though that is usually a good one. These two teams usually bring out the best of each other.
