I know that there are alot of hunters on here, and i would like to know your favorite wild game recipes.... Deer, Elk, Squirrel.. whatever.

ok for DEER....

take some deer steak or shoulder meat and cut it into small pieces.
now start to fry that like u would a normal steak on the stove.
add some Italian dressing and some BBQ sauce when it is about done frying.
add some pepper and seasoning .

this is delicious if u do it right...
