Soddie Daisy (TN) @ Bell County 10/9

I feel this is going to be a real test for the Bobcats..
Thoughts and predictions
#2
Bell County-30
SD- 13

Won't be a test at all. They are a 3-a unranked school in Tennessee. This game will be like practice for the bobcats. Not a test at all. Bell should be playing a team that can at least give them a challenge, play-offs are coming up soon. There seems to be alot of strong 4-A teams in the blue-grass this year. They will suffer this play-off year, Wont get past round two because of scheduling for wins and not testing the teams abilities to play good competitive teams. Alcoa proved that this year. Better beef it up bobcats if you expect to see the carpet this year.

Soddy Daisy is 3-3 , lost to some very good teams though like the #2 team In 3A Ooltewah 21-14 and also #2 team In 2A Red Bank 44-30 both Red Bank and Ooltewah are 6-0.

IMHO this game is a toss up but it's also a very long bus ride to Pineville from Soddy Daisy (close to Chattanooga) over 3 hrs and 30 minutes.

Should add a poll to this =].

Any info on Soddie Daisy such as offense/defense ran and any standout players?
#6
Hopefully they are tougher than their name sounds Big Grin

This should be the 2nd best team Bell has played thusfar.
#7
bell in a blowout

I believe the Bobcats will hold their own in this one. I say they win by 3-4 TD's.

Best of luck to both!

I don't think these teams are 2 and 3 A. Tennessee has a messed up classification now. They are 4a and and 6a teams. For playoffs they have taken and combined all into 3 classes. ?????????????????????

I agree with you this will be a test for Bell. By far the best team since Alcoa. Soddy Daisy is a 6A team that made it deep last year with most back for another run.

I don't think that you know what you are talking about they will be the second best team that Bell has played this season. Bell has had one of the toughest schedules they have ever had.

From Alcoa: I believe Bell will be a 3 touchdown winner in this case. Bell's backfield will make the difference in this game. Hope your trip to TN is a good one. Play safe Smile

Resources are what you need. You have a computer try looking them up. 6A and very good. Would beat all on Bells schedule. Our schedule is much better this year than last. Do you just post to see your name or what.

Since Bell is playing at home, I predict a 4 touchdown win.

Alcoa has a bye this week. Then, we face Stone Memorial the week after that.

Soddie Daisy talent-wise can be compared to a team like Lawrence County, Corbin, or Somerset. I predict a Bell County win though. It should be a fairly tight game.
#22
my cousins boyfriend plays lb for soddy daisy.he told me they run mostly spread and have a qb that is getting attention at d-1 level; who knows, this could be a test for bell.then again could be a long" driving ms daisy home".

Not to sound like a smart a** but you have no idea what you are talkning about. :yikes:

SD is a good team. They had Chat. Red Bank down by 2 TD's in the 2nd half only to lose. Anybody that knows anything knows Bell is playing a very tough schedule this year. Probally the best in 4A with Lex Cath a close 2nd.
#25
I have been told that Soddy is primarily a passing team. Anybody know anything different? They play Bradley County this week, I will keep you up-to-date with any details I hear from that game.

I know Dudley got some film on Soddy from Alcoa's Coach. Bell Co wins this by 4 TD's. To the above poster Bell Co played a weak schedule last year and got through the playoffs and won the State Championship. This years schedule is alot better.

Good; glad to know that Rankin came through for Dudley. We like our new friends in Bell Co.

Soddy Daisy will win this one in a classic. Go to the Soddy D web page. They can play and has played with all the big boys in Tenn. Tenn football is a little bettere than KY.
