There was an announcement at last weeks game about an alumni game between the Rebels and Raiders/Trojans. The game is Thursday October 15 at Allen Central. I think Bear Halbert is in charge of getting the Rebel team together and Chad Hall is getting the SF/WW team together. It should make for an exciting week of football on Left and Right Beaver. The RWB Bowl (South Floyd vs. Allen Central) will be on October 16 at AC which is also AC's homecoming.

I talked with some of the AC boosters who are organizing the game. Their plan is to make this an annual event and take turns with SF hosting it each year. SF vs. AC is always the RWB bowl and this alumni game would just add to it. Sounds like a good way to raise some money for their respective programs and maybe get out some alumni to support their school. They are also looking for alumni cheerleaders, band members, twirlers etc.. to take part in this.
