I look for Knott to be the pre-season #1 this season.
10-02-2009, 05:39 PM
Knott is good enough to go to the Sweet 16, I look for Perry to give them a run for their money though. I don't know about winning the sweet 16 but they got a good shot of going.

Can anyone think of another situation where the preseason # 1 team in the region and a top 15 team in state enter the season with a new head coach? Just curious if this is a first?
10-05-2009, 10:18 AM
I think that knott has an great chance in going all the way this year with all of there returning players and some starters from last years team

Will be a big loss, losing the Ratliff boy with a torn ACL. Don't know how he is doing it, but he is still managing to play football with it popping out of place all the time, going to do permanent damage if he is not careful! Looks like their going to be running and gunning with all guards, will be fun to watch.

I hate to hear that. Good kid, good family. I hope and pray for a speedy recovery. Knott is still the favorite. But I know PCC will be there in the end.

Knott is going to be good with the 3 guard set this year, Ratliff should be moved to the 5 and look for Nason Roberts to get some big minutes this year, and deliever. After all though you still have PCC waiting at the end.
I'm tired of hearing about money, money, money, money, money. I just want to play the game, drink Pepsi, wear Reebok -Shaquille O'Neal

???? Where did you get this info?

I was wondering the same thing. If someone has a torn ACL, then how are they playing football? I sure wouldn't want my son playing football with that type of injury.

Was I given some bad information at the game the other night? I was at the football game and someone from Knott told me that he was playing with a messed up knee and decided to finish out the season before anything would be done to fix it! So are you saying his knee is fine??? That would be nice to hear for him and the Patriots.

Would have loved to have seen Coach Trent with this group!

Definitely a top tier team in the region
I don't know if they will be ranked #1 the way PCC and Hazard ended their seasons last year
but both PCC and Hazard had some big contributors graduate
Good luck to knott and can't wait to watch em play my commodores
are they seriously ranked top 15 in the state?

I have heard Knott Central has a good ball team this year and should win the region
10-16-2009, 03:17 PM
This team is TOOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFTTTTTTTTT. They will miss ole Buttermilk.
10-16-2009, 03:47 PM
Slone and Bartrum are two of KCC's better players. One if not both will start especially if Ratliff doesn't play. Both are ahead of Roberts.
10-16-2009, 04:00 PM
Knott is the region's #1 team. I think that they'll at least go to the region championships if not go onto the Sweet 16! If they don't then it'll be Perry Central going to the Sweet 16.
10-28-2009, 03:25 PM
Knott will be very good this year if they get any inside game at all to go with Cox and Stamper. If that comes to pass, then KCC might be number one in the region and might have their best team in years.
10-28-2009, 05:57 PM
I think KCC will be great this season...With Cox and stamper returning...I think those two are th ebest guards in the mountains...the only thinkg is there weak inside...
10-28-2009, 08:47 PM
They will be a perimeter type offense. They can light up the three that is for sure.

They changed coaches when they were about to win the region?? Does that make sense? And to top that off the brought in an old man that hasnt coached in a while. Id say Hatchers is licking his chops.

Good luck to Coach Fraley and Knott this year.
