Man in Sandiego they are all pay lakes. Just the fee's to launch,park and then a day permit add up to 18buks a pop for me. I have to budget it LMAO.

Yeah you can the catfish rather easily over at Dewey right now.

Prestonsburg has 1 pay lake that I know of across from the MAC up Spurlock road about a mile on the right.
