Wasn't very hungry so I went with 1 cup of cottage cheese and three strawberries.

We had BBQ pork chops, fresh green beans, fresh corn on the cob, new taters, pasta salad, cole slaw, and for dessert, strawberry pie...

1 cup asian veggies
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
8 oz fat free milk

Two grilled ham & cheese sandwiches.

This is day four and when I weighed in today I had dropped three pounds already.

6 oz of raspberries.

After four days
I am down four pounds and 1.2% body fat.

It is UFC 100 tonight, so I crashed on my regular diet. Having 15 hot garlic wings and gonna see how many Bud Lights I can handle from a 30 pack...haha. :Thumbs:
