Clay Co. has played five teams in the Sweet 16 with their only win against Breathett Co. They experienced blowout losses to Iroquis, CAL and Franklin Simpson and a 1 point loss to Marshall Co. So, they have solid experience, though not successful.

Ohio Co. upset 3rd region fovorite Grayson Co. in the regional semi's. They have played two teams this year in the Sweet 16, gaining 3 point win over Henderson Co, and a 15 point loss to Breathett.

Toss-up: I'll take Ohio Co. 44-42
