Senior guard Jamel Riley and junior guard Ricardo Johnson scored 17 points each to help Holmes, ranked. No. 1 in the Northern Kentucky coaches' poll, improve to 21-1.
After a close call Saturday night against Scott, the Bulldogs jumped on Dixie Heights early, outscoring the Colonels 36-21 in the first half. Led by Riley and Johnson, Holmes had a total of four players score in double figures.
