Pittman stood out to me during the M'boro/Pburg in the AA Playoffs and was really impressed with his play.
Seemed like he was in on every tackle.

#5 Seth Setser for Prestonsburg is one of the more highly touted players in the state, but had an infection in his leg and only participated in 1 practice leading up to this game.
#3 Allen Craynon & #7 Austin Gearheart are some other really fun players to watch for Pburg.

i watch them when they played Harlan Co.,but i dont remember much about them. all i remember is Nate Gilliam rushing for 400 yards on them. the only one that stands out is #54. i dont remember his name, but a good football player.

Adams is the only player they had on the roster that has a chance of playing of Saturday's. That comes from the Coaching staff themselves. Pittman is a decent baseball player. Football???

I've noticed remarks about a player finishing 8th or 2nd etc... in the state in tackles. I'm not disputing these remarks- just curious where they are finding these numbers and where the players finished in the state rankings. If any one could tell me - it would be appreicated. Thanks!!

I was going by stat leaders on max preps. Some teams didn't turn in stats, but most did. Likes of Louisville Trinity, Franklin Simpson, Corbin, Harlan County. So I think it's pretty trustworthy. Yes Pittman is a very good football, and baseball player. But only played senior year for football. I'm not a person to go on stats but he was the back bone of Middlesboros' defense. He played with a lot of heart. he is bulked up to 225 now, and have very good speed. thanks to the people that give him props.

I'd say the vast majority did not. The kid is a good player though.
