Anyone have any good places they have stayed in Myrtle Beach.

According to my wife we must have:

Oceanfront
Sleeping arrangement for 4 adults and 2 children.
Cannot be in North Myrtle.
Kitchen.

We have stayed at the Windsurfer many times but are looking for other suggestions.

Sandy Beach Resort....Family KIndgom is right next door as is a water park.... It's located on South Myrtle....

Island Vista.
Anderson Ocean Club.
Sea Crest.

*All are very nice and ocean front, Island Vista, and Anderson are little expensive, though.

Captian's Quaters is a great hotel!

Sea Crest is right next door to Captain's Quarters. Don't get the unrenovated rooms though. We decided to stay an extra night and mom said that the person at the front desk told her she had to look at the room first, since they were the original un-renovated rooms...But the rest of the complex looked nice!

As many times as I've been I couldn't tell you the names of any hotel that I stayed in.

When we went to Mrytle beach and stayed in a hotel we always stayed about 45 minutes away because the price was so much cheaper.

I like to be in a hotel where you can walk right out to the beach!
I stayed in the Ocean Lakes Campground Resort with a friend and they were nice!

Definitely like being oceanfront. Love going out on the balcony and being able to go to the ground floor and walk straight out to the beach.

It's nice to just get your chair and whatever and walk right out.
