No way this should have happened. Didn't get to this one, wish I had. What happened? Let's go eagles, I'm ready for another regional championship.
I'm starting to think this district may not be so far apart in talent per team. Paintsville lost to magoffin by 2 or 4, I think. No way Pville or magoffin should even be in JC's shadow let alone up in their grill like this.

This could be the beginning of the end for the young coach at JC. Top brass don't take it very well when Magoffin defeats the mighty eagles. I predict a coaching change at seasons end. What does everyone else think??

And why shouldn't this have happened? Explain why you think Johnson Central's a so much better team than Magoffin?
Magoffin's players are just as good as Central's and last night better.
Centrals Head coach needs to have a little bit better control of his assistant coaches. Only one person can coach and when you see 2-4 assistant coaches up and out of their chairs barking orders or arguing with the ref's. Thats not good.

Not sure how to respond to that one Kimball. I would love to know your idenity because obviously you are clueless to who I is!!!!! Everytime I post you have a following post trying to make a fool out of me. Correct me if I am wrong but I have never said anything or attacked you in any way on this site. W.T.F.!!!!!!! Is it common for people to try to figure out other's idenity, I could care less about who you are or anyone else on this site. Just wanted to hear what everyone thinks about possiblities of coaching change at JC if wheels continue to fall off of this team.

I really don't think so. This coach has the brass to sit his top players when discipline issues arise. Under former coaches it didn't matter and his players ran his show. I have a great deal of respect for Coach McKenzie in that aspect. It is his team and not the players. I think by the end of the year this team will really come together once they realize this is a team sport and each one of them will look good if the team looks good. I am glad they are hitting a low road now instead of March. Listen to Kimball and let it go.

Congrats to MC, they came out and played to win.
Bottom line JC has too much talent for this kind of performance. Tommy is a nice guy, but too much drama too early in the season. It is the coach's job to prepare the kids and have them ready to play as a team and he is responsable. Other sports programs have suceeded at JC with the same group of kids without all the drama! With JC size and talent they should dominate not only the district but the region every year. It is frustating as a JC basketball fan to see this go on year after year. The JC basketball program needs to be better organized from the elementary to the middle school level. The total program is not just there. Look how far a little organization and planning has brought the football program!

Monsterman, I would love to hear how the basketball team can be organized like the football program. Iam taking in your comment that something is wrong at the middle school level. Maybe I am taking it wrong. Eddie and Avery are both wonderful coaches. As far as the organization I know of at lest 2 of elementary coaches coach both sports. So I am terribly confused. Please enlighten me. By the way congrats Magoffin on big win. Coach Kenzie keep your head up. Most of the true fans of JC think you are doing an outstanding job. Wide open is this district!!
