CJ Penny at Anderson County is the real deal... However, I'm curious about the 8th grader at Shelby County High School being the 6th man off the bench for that team. Is he that good, or is Shelby County that desparate???

Shelby County should be alright.

8th region comes down to Owen County, Shelby County, South Oldham, Anderson County, or Gallatin County.
