With "2" games left to be played as I create this thread, here's a rundown of the upsets during Week 1 of the High School Football playoffs...

Last season "4" #4 seeds were able to pull off upsets of #1's. Most of those upsets involved Class 5A & 6A schools, where there's more balance between the teams despite their seeds.

This season..."2" #4 seeds were able to knock off a #1's and both games occurred in Class 6A. Seneca 35 - Daviess Co. 34 & Simon Keaton 33 - Lafayette 6.

The Rest of the Story... "13" #3 seeds pulled out wins over #2 seeds last night.

That may be, but on paper it wasn't an upset considering Powell was a #4 seed.
