I just heard that DTfan was in a car wreck. She was on her to South Floyd when somehow she was pinned into the gaurd rail. I can't remember if her Aunt said she had broke her leg, or thought she did, but she does have a gash in her leg as well as burns from the air bag. The're flying her out tonight. Please keep her in your thoughts. I'll update as soon as I find out anything else, her Aunt is suppose to keep me posted!

It happened today around 4. She is at Saint Mary's in Huntington. The gash on her leg wasn't as deep as what they thought, she did have to have stitches. They still don't know if her leg is broke, they said if it wasn't that they would be able to bring her home in a couple of hours. I did find out that she was wearing her seat belt. I'm waiting for her Aunt to call me back so I can talk to her. Once I find out more I'll update everyone!

I spoke with some of the cops who work the accident she is really lucky from the damage that was described to me. she is our prayers

she's doing okay.. she was cut up and bruised bad and i think she has a broken leg.. everyone keep praying for her

I just talked to her, shes got stitches in some of the cuts on her head. Shes brusied up really bad. Her leg is fractured, and her Aunt talked to the paramedics that cut her out and they said she was lucky to be alive. Her Aunt said that she was coming home tomorrow so I'm going to see her. She thanks everyone for praying for her, and so does her family. I know this scared me, I'll update tomorrow!

She's a tough girl. We are thinking about her and thankful she is still with us. The paramedics said the car was demolished and the guardrail was thru the side of the vehicle. It had everyone pretty upset at the South Floyd football game last night.

I'm pretty sure she broke 2 bones in her knee and is getting ready to have surgery

The bones broken were below her knee.. and she is having the surgery in the morning

I just got home from the hospital, I spent the weekend down there with her. I called 15thRegionCrazy every minute I heard something. She had surgery today at 3 and they said her knee cap was bent, and the tip of the 2 bones that are under there were crushed. So they put a cap or something on the knee cap. She is in a full leg cast for 10 days, the place where the gas pedal went into her leg has a tube in it to drain infection since they had to put the cast on. When she goes back in 10 days they will look at her scars, then put her in another cast. Tomorrow she starts physicall therapy and if she does good she can come home, but I think she wont be home till Tuesday. Her face is cut up pretty bad on the right side. She is lucky to be alive and I went down there and spent the weekend with her since we're like best friends. When I hear anything else I will post. I just read her the posts over the phone and her mom is printing them out, your prayers mean a lot to her and the family. Thanks for praying!

She should make a full recovery, her doctor said it was just a unusual break, both bones were crushed under her knee

DTfan is officially home. She just has to go back in 10 days to get another cast and for a check up. She'll probably be on here tomorrow night or tonight maybe.
The car did look horrible, I really don't see how she survived, she is a lucky girl and I'm glad shes home!
