Who wins and why?
I think that Lewis County will pull one out. I think after last week performance offensively the coach will realize that he doesn't have the guys to run the "I" and go to what they are comfortable with....passing the ball. Good luck to both sides.

This should be a good game friday night. I really dont know who to pick in this one. Ive not heard much from both teams. but whoever plays as one and plays with heart and mistake-free football will win the game. Best of luck to both teams.

Good luck to Lewis Co. they have a young team. Lewis Co. coach is my girlfriend brother-in-law and we come up to watch there first game of the season. They look ok, but they have alot of boys that never play football before.... Good luck Lewis Co. this week, and Next week there is be some people from Hazard and Breathitt Co at the game again Powell Co.

I sure would like to see Lewis CO. pull it out and win one. I don't see it happening this week. West will win by 3 td's or more.
I'm telling you right now there starring a 0-10 season in the eye. They have a young team this year and will next year because of the 60 some odd players very few are even playing. Even in the Mason County Masacre very few players other than starters played.
I hope coach can get it turned around he is a super guy and is really good to the kids. But it is not likley to happen this year.

They have some talent there. And have a great bunch of kids. They need someone to show them the different blocking and tackling techniques.Just telling players block this guy or tackle this guy isn't working! They need to be shown how to do this.I know it should have been done long ago and obvisously it wasn't.
Hopefully Coach can get everything squared away in a few years.This is his first year and I say it is a little overwhelming. He needs to focus on football and nothing else.There is plenty of work to be done with the football program.
