I've noticed a lot of people needing resizing as of late, here is how you do it:

1) download Irfanview from download.com

This is what I recommend the most.

2) go to paint and click on "sketch/skew" reduce the size until you get it to fit.

Using paint is often hard to tell if the picture is the right size or not.

I agree, Irfan View is the best program that I can think of for resizing a picture. That is what I use. It's tooooo easy.

I have a picture i want to use as my avatar, and i downloaded irfanview. i resized the pic, but it is a bitmap image. before i resized it, it was a jpeg. what can i do?
