This was a good game to watch and for all of you that thought Pike Central thought it was going to be a cake walk. We knew it was going to be a tough first round game. The refs were pretty terrible tonight and no I am not taking anything away from Paintsville they played one heck of a game. I thought the Lady Hawks came out slow with little intensity while the Lady Tigers came out swinging from the beginning.

Now lets take on the winner of Allen Central and Pikeville and make it one step closer to Diddle. Remember though it is ONE GAME AT A TIME.

Congratulations Lady Hawks. Painstville really played a good game number 32 really played her heart out. I agree that the officials were horriable, but guess what they were from the 14th region. I have never seen such bad calling. So Lady Hawks, let's gets ready for Friday and really play with more intensity and get more fire in your gut.

Hats off to the Hawks. Lowe played a great 2nd half and at times appeared to be unstoppable. As for the Tigers, they left it all on the floor. Nothing to hang your heads about, if a few of those offensive rebounds would've turned into 2nd chance points then the outcome would've been different. Best of luck to the Hawks on their road to Bowling Green.
