Looks like the Hornets are on a roll...It couldnt be at a better time either...Neil West always seems to have his boys playing there best come late season and tourney time...IMO he is good coach..

Looks like Pike Central didn't improve their record to 11 and 11 like they thought they would.

Congrats MC!

WTG Hornets!!! Hard fought game, I think Pike Central thought it would be an easy win, and they got fooled. Hope they keep playing like this !!! And yes coach West is a very good coach. Keep him in your prayers as his aunt is not supposed to survive the night, and he is very close to her. He left in a hurry tonite to get home.

MBO PC thought they had this one in the bag. Good job big guy for Magoffin, LeMasters, against #32. Good job Hornets!

I know PC did not overlook Magoffin. Both teams played really hard. PC beat themselves with missed FT's and missed shots in the paint (layups).Magoffin hit big shots when they needed them and were able to take care of the b'ball and knock down FT's down the streatch. #5 played an outstanding game in controlling the ball for MC. If you mean (overlooking) and you are refering to the scheduling of Piarist. The JV played them and Magoffin's JV and won both. Their effort was tremendous. PC has struggled - change is difficult - I do believe they will start to put wins together but they have to find away to get over the hump. Their overall effort was better last night.

That would be the point guard Tyler Hunley, he is a very good ball handler. Sparks had some great put backs too. They looked like a totally different team the past 2 games. Kepp it up Hornets!!
