Oh thats not right...what was called?...Dont get mad because you cant live up to the hype that you didnt deserve to begin with IMO...Not knocking Newman, but he is a decent player at best...He's not good or great by any means...He's been back 2 games and hasnt done anything...They lost to SV by 27 w/ him (only 19 without him) and lost by 17 to a 3 or 4 win Magoffin team...So what BL needs to do right now ishh: and start playing some ball...The talk is over about Newman, It's time to put up or shut uphh: ...

HE GOT A TECHNICAL FOR IT????????? That don't surprise me, saying one said it was the point guard. That sounds just like SENIOR Brenan Case. Real leadership.
IMO, Betsy Layne will be a h*** of a lot better team once they get this class of '08 out of there. I mean, one of the seniors was dismissed earlier in the year for(who knows why), and then all the hype about Newman coming back, and that was a big shot in the foot, and then Case has his childish moments IMO when he does stupid stuff like handstands in games, which is not called for coming from the players. I just think they'll be better once their gone. They got good level-headed underclassmen IMO, in the freshman and then the Head boy could develop and then Slone, and well everybody else on the team but Newman, Keathley, Case and Lafferty......Just my Personal Opinion on the Bobcats. It all starts with discipline, and I believe Coach Hall has already missed his chance of disciplining these seniors as Rose had em for 3 years. It will only get better for the bobcats, can't get any worse. So Good Luck to BL, got a couple big district games coming up. and Congrats + GOOD LUCK to Magoffin County on the rest of the season!!!!!!!!!

Lets set somethings straight about this game. The FRANCIS kid was holding NEWMAN's jersey the whole time before this ACCIDENT happen. When the two young men feel his face got busted in the process. Do you really think that NEWMAN hit FRANCIS on propose and nothing was called, come on be real. NEWMAN is a big kid and feel on top of FRANCIS because he was pulled to the floor by FRANCIS holding his jersey......

The only person that can actually get the ball down the floor is CASE the senior, the other point guard that BL subs in and out gets called for walking at least 5 times per game (FRESHMAN), he's a point guard he most learn how to tribble.......KEATHLEY I agree useless, nothing but attitude.....Lafferty at least he tries to bring the ball down the court and he will play defense .... and NEWMAN he was out for 16 games, of course he's not going to be as good as he could have been, but give him time he will improve....he's been back 2 games, he's out of shape and a little rusty.....the kid did great last year and thats why poeple were building him up...if had played the whole season he would have been unstoppable........

The coaching situation should have been left alone......if Brett Rose had been their coach things would have been different........This coach has no control over this team........what is happening with the BL ball team has nothing to with the players......THEY NEED A COACH!!!!!

I have one question....were you there to say that it wasn't an accident? The FRANCIS kid fell down and the NEWMAN kid fell on top of him, his face could have gotten busted in more than one way! Besides he shouldn't have been trying to hold NEWMAN by his jersey.

Lets face it....you have 10 teenage boys on a court and most of them have some serious attitude....they will push each other, bad mouth each other, and things like this will happen, so stop crying about it. FRANCIS is a big boy and I'll just about bet this wasn't the first time he has had a bloody mouth!! A little blood never hurt no one...... just makes 'em tougher!!!
