I think your rankings were a bit off on the boys' side. Lawrence was definitely the best team, but Martin Co was not #2 in the region. Pikeville had a strong group and was clearly the second best boys' team.

After the top 2 teams, there was a bit of a dropoff to the next tier, which was Shelby Valley and Martin. But based on the head-to-head matchups, Valley would have to be ranked #3, with Martin right behind them. Johnson Central would then be the next tier at #5.

I believe you had Shelby Valley underrated coming in to the season, with Martin a bit overrated.
